Always looking for positive outcomes. He was a great charge hand in the Sheet Metal Shop always willing to help and provide guidance to new employees. Great story and joke teller. Billy boy was a great old boy first met him when he was playing softball at ball diamond in Glasgow later in filing room at Gillies. He always had a good story to share. RIP BILL
