Obituary of Terrence Spencer

SPENCER, Terry (retired Bell Canada and former owner of Priority Wines, Arnprior and Renfrew) Peacefully at home while surrounded by the love of his family on Monday morning, August 17th, 2009 after battling cancer with courage and dignity. Terrence Christian "Terry" Spencer of Braeside at the age of 62 years. Dear son of the late Charles and Theresa Spencer. Beloved husband and best friend of Donna (Nee Poirier). Dearly loved father of Jeffrey (Angela) and Jessica LaRocque (Greg), both of Kinburn. Proud "Papa" of Amber, Taylor and Michael Spencer and Ethan and Gwen LaRocque. Terry will be lovingly remembered by his brother Daniel (Beverly) of Gananoque and his sister Patricia LaHaise of Ottawa. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Braeside on Thursday morning, August 20th at 11 o'clock. Cremation will follow with interment at Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior at a later date. For those wishing, a donation made to the Arnprior Hospital "Partners in Caring" campaign or Hospice Renfrew would be appreciated by Terry's family.
