Obituary of Dan Berardi

(Retired – Arnprior Aerospace)

Following a 2 year long courageous struggle with cancer, Dan passed away peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning, December 29, 2024.

Dear son of Anastasia “Ernesta” (nee Giovannini) Berardi of Sault Ste. Marie and the late Salvatore Berardi.

Beloved husband for over 35 years of Deirdre “Dee” (nee McCabe).

Loved father of David (Nadine) and Daniel. and “Grandpa” of Sophia and Alex.

Dear brother of Agnese Ouellette (Marc) and uncle of Lauren.

The family wish to extend a heartfelt “thank you” Dr. Boersma as well as all the nurses and staff of the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital for the excellent care and attention they gave to Dan. 

Friends are invited to join the family during visitation in the comfort of the

Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior

on Friday morning, January 3^rd, 2025 from 9:30 to 10:45.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in the Pilon Family Chapel on Friday morning at 11 o’clock.

A reception will follow.
