My deepest sympathy to the family. Mr. Dodd was my first boss when I started working for the government in 1978. I have such fond memories of him. Everyone called him Farmer Dodd. He was a great supervisor, always supportive and nice to work for. I seem to remember that we laughed a lot. It made the work easier to get through. May he rest in peace.
