Rest in peace barb. I never met you personally but me and your grandson Nick are cousins he is next to me as I write this message just wanted to give my condolences to your whole family and may you rest forever peacefully.
Barb you were an icon in Arnprior . There is not one person or child that could say a negative word about you. I remember catching the bus outside of your place with Jamie. You would always wait for use to get on the bus, then wave at use at the bus left. To you cutting my son’s hair. You have played a part in many generations in Arnprior. You will be missed by many.
To Lorne and the family, to Joan and the family. Donna and just heard of Barb's passing. We are deeply saddened. She was such a friendly, bubbly and kindhearted person. We are so sorry we missed the wake and funeral. She was truly a blessed person.

Lorne, Paula and family; I am so sorry to hear of Barb's passing. She was an amazing lady. I'll never forget her kindness and support as I entered single parenthood, and then married the man of my dreams several years later. Barbara was so proud of each of her children and grandchildren and never had a bad word. Lorne her love ran deep. You are all I my thoughts and prayers. May God hold each of you in the palm of His hand.

I met Barb at Emmanuel Anglican Church many years ago and for me her smile lit up the room and her hugs were the best but her kind words meant the world to me.
No matter where I met Barb she always had that beautiful smile and hug for everyone.

I will always remember when I was really sick to th point of delusion. She came over to make me something to eat and sit with me. I was so weak I couldn't make it to the bathroom. She made toast and lots of it because I couldn't eat anything else. ( you guys laughed at me forever but I needed help. my deepest condolences on Barb’s families loss. Barb and I met and became friends in grade school at Walter Zadow Public School. We became closer friends in the years we were raising our girls and our husbands became best friends for many years. Lots of great memories. Although we haven’t seen much of each over these later years anytime we met it was like we’d just seen eavh other the day before. She was a devoted Friend, Mother. Daughter, Sister and Wife to her previous DeeDee! She was one of a kind and will be deeply missed by all. i feel blessed to have been a small part of her life!
Where to start You were little Barb a sister-in law a Aunt and lady with golden heart no matter where you were you always made sure you give that hug and you felt the love from that hug. You fought a good battle but the good Lord has another Journey for you now. So go and be at peace I am sure your days will be full of given hugs to love one with you now. Till we meet again

I am so very sorry to hear the loss of Barb. I remember us all as kids growing up in Arnprior, hanging out and playing. Barb was like a second mom back then, and I loved running into her in town, oh the chats we would have, and the teasing Eddie would give her. Thinking of you all ❤
My sympathy is extended to Barb's family. We attended Pine Grove school together and then later reconnected when I was Jamie's teacher. Each spring she would appear at my door with a large container of fresh rhubarb. Heaven has gained an angel .

Barb is such a beautiful soul, such a pleasure it was to get to know her and her family over the years being our neighbors, welcoming us to Arnprior and helping in any way she can. Barb was always the first one out cutting the grass, and loved her flowers. Another beautiful kind person taken far too soon. Barb was always the first one to pray for our son when he was sick and coming home from surgery, even when it came to giving our dog treats every morning. She is a wonderful caring person that touched so many people in the community. We will always be here if Lorne and family need anything at all. Again so sorry for the loss.
