My deepest sympathies to Brenda’s family. Brenda and Pete were very close friends of my deceased husband Maurice Guerette (Moe) deceased August 2022. Pete and Moe grew up together. Moe also lived with Pete and Brenda for a few years on Downpatrick. Brenda was an amazing person with her wit and kindness. Brenda will truly missed my myself and our daughter Katrina. Godspeed Brenda.

Wishing Brenda’s family comfort and peace during this time. I was lucky enough to meet both Brenda and Pete when I worked with Brenda in the office for a short time at the National Press Club. She was a bright light in my life at a very transitional time and we kept up our friendship on line for over 20 years. I will miss her humor and positivity.

Brenda was not only a dear friend but a wonderful person to be around. She always had time for a quick game or a bit of gossip. She was a wicked card player to say the least and Gord and I will miss her her company at our Friday game nights. It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to a lovely lady. Many a summer nights dinners under our gazebo with Brenda who came to be a good friend of ours through our neice Cheryl Meek Grenier. Lately I'd been nearby her home on Wednesdays and with an hour to kill I'd take her to Mickey D's for ice cream. We'd shoot the poop and have more than one good laugh.
