Obituary of Bernadette Lunney

With sadness, the family announces that Bernie passed away at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 3, 2021; Bernadette Mary Lunney of Ottawa was 86. Bernie was predeceased by her lifelong companion, Robert "Bob" Hilyer on December 28, 2020. Dearly loved sister of Alphonse (Marlyn) Lunney. Predeceased by sisters: Rita Nugent (late John) and Clare McInnes (late Jack) as well as brothers: Edmond (Beverley), Hugh (Mary), James (Doris), Father Bill Lunney, Mgr. Len Lunney and Lawrence "Larry" (Francine). Also survived and loved by many nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late James and Mary (nee Ryan) Lunney. Bernie's final care and arrangements were entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A Webcast Funeral Liturgy was celebrated in the Pilon Family Chapel on Thursday evening, January 7th at 7 o'clock. Spring interment St. Peter Celestine Parish Cemetery, Indian Hill Road, Pakenham.
